We firmly believe that during this unprecedented period of epochal change, our People represent an essential value. Inclusiveness and recognising the value of people are the fundamental elements on which we base our relationship with our human capital, with local communities, with suppliers and with all our collaborators. The imminent need to take actions that impact the climate in a fair and inclusive manner is also reflected in the two Encyclicals issued by Pope Francis in 2015 and 2020.
