Raffaella Premio Volontario

For over 40 years, the ANT Foundation has been taking care of cancer patients, in their homes, thanks to a team of doctors, nurses and psychologists operating in the area.
In this ever more intense journey, we have had the privilege of meeting sensitive companies such as Yamamay, which has chosen to offer its employees and collaborators an opportunity to look after their health.
Fortunately, companies are increasingly more sensitive to the issue of Social Responsibility and to the impact that their activities have on business communities and on the local territory. The profound transformations taking place at a global level constitute for us all – businesses, non-profit organisations and the public sector – a key challenge on the role we can play and on the new alliances to be made to create innovative forms of welfare, truly inclusive for all and bearers of value for citizens.

  • The amounts relating to layoff benefits were paid in advance, starting in September 2020, to ensure that each employee could have financial stability despite the critical time that affected the retail sector.

  • Contribution, starting from December 2021, to provide support during the difficult period characterised by the pandemic and to recognise the commitment and trust placed in the organisation. The contribution was offered to head office employees, as well as to point of sale employees, to be used through the Intesa Sanpaolo Welfare HUB platform, facilitating a good work-life balance.
